We collect seller and buyer account details, listing submissions, subscription and status information, buyer inquiry details, support messages, security signals, and ordinary site analytics. Payment card details are handled by the payment processor and are not stored by the marketplace.

How information is used

Information is used to verify account-email control, operate accounts and listings, route inquiries, prevent abuse, recover failed subscription payments, provide support, measure performance, comply with law, and improve the marketplace.

Public information

Approved listing content is public. Seller contact details are not displayed publicly unless the seller explicitly chooses otherwise. A buyer account email is shared with a seller only when that buyer sends an inquiry to the seller. Buyers should not include sensitive information in inquiries.

Service providers

We may use hosting, authentication, analytics, email, payment, fraud-prevention, and monitoring providers that process information for the service under their own terms and privacy commitments.

Retention and choices

Account, listing, inquiry, and transaction records are retained as reasonably needed for operations, security, disputes, and legal obligations. Users may update listings, cancel subscriptions, withdraw listings, and request privacy assistance through the contact method published on the site.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security. Users are responsible for protecting their accounts and avoiding sensitive disclosures in public listings or inquiries.

We may update this policy as the service evolves. The effective date will change when material revisions are published.
