ProofPack

ProofPack turns operator-selected job facts and original files into a portable offline closeout package. The local-first workspace checks project records and attachments, surfaces duplicate-content hashes, and builds a ZIP with an offline index, deterministic JSON and CSV manifests, SHA-256 values, and the exact selected files. It is a pre-revenue software asset with no customers, revenue, traffic, or claimed demand. ProofPack organizes operator-supplied material; it does not certify authenticity, custody, workmanship, compliance, payment, completion, or legal sufficiency.

What the business does

ProofPack turns operator-selected job facts and original files into a portable offline closeout package. The local-first workspace checks project records and attachments, surfaces duplicate-content hashes, and builds a ZIP with an offline index, deterministic JSON and CSV manifests, SHA-256 values, and the exact selected files. It is a pre-revenue software asset with no customers, revenue, traffic, or claimed demand. ProofPack organizes operator-supplied material; it does not certify authenticity, custody, workmanship, compliance, payment, completion, or legal sufficiency.

Revenue model

No model has been tested. The buyer package proposes a $149 one-time business license and an optional $59 annual update plan after the first year. Assisted setup, trade-association licensing, and integration into an existing vertical product are documented alternatives. Checkout, licensing enforcement, billing, tax, refunds, and customer support are not live and must be implemented by the buyer before charging users.

Customers and acquisition

There are no customers and no acquisition channel has been tested. The transfer includes an SEO starter structure, content briefs, query hypotheses, a validation sequence, and a measurement plan. The buyer must validate the audience, problem, price, and channels with real behavior after transfer.

Evidence available

Evidence includes an owner-private HTTPS preview, a 90-test automated suite with 97.60% line coverage, exact source and archive hashes, rendered acceptance on the deployed candidate, keyboard and focus verification, app-origin console review, deterministic fictional sample packages, accurate product screenshots, and a claim-by-claim diligence index.

What transfers

The buyer receives ProofPack v0.6.0 source, the core package generator, project and evidence workflows, browser-local metadata portability, original identity assets, automated tests, fictional sample builders, operator and buyer guides, a diligence index, deployment and rollback instructions, transfer inventory and checklist, monetization plan, SEO starter set, and verified release evidence.

What is excluded

No domain, public product site, hosting or marketplace account, payment account, checkout, production database, analytics account, email account, customer list, customer data, leads, revenue, traffic, legal opinion, trademark clearance, support commitment, shared portfolio infrastructure, credentials, recovery methods, or personal identity transfers with the asset.

Operations and dependencies

The current application requires static HTTP hosting and a modern browser; Node.js 20 or newer is used for automated checks. The buyer selects the domain, production hosting, access control, legal and privacy terms, support, analytics, licensing, billing, retention, and any regulated-record process. The app has no server database or third-party runtime API.

Seller handoff

The package includes reproducible commands, exact artifact identifiers, a buyer cutover sequence, rollback steps, and a checklist for source control, buyer-owned deployment, credential separation, and final marketplace closeout. Any transaction-specific support period or assistance must be agreed in the sale terms.

Reason for selling

ProofPack was developed as a compact transferable software asset rather than an operating company with customers. The sale offers the tested product and handoff materials to a buyer who wants to choose the commercial channel; it does not represent existing traction or a guaranteed outcome.
