JobMargin Mini keeps both sides in one private closeout ledger so a service operator can trace movement in labor, materials, subcontractors, overhead, gross profit, and signed variance. It uses exact integer-based calculations, stores records in the browser, and exports versioned JSON backups or formula-safe CSV files. It is pre-revenue software with no customers, revenue, traffic, or claimed demand. It is not accounting, tax, payroll, estimating, or compliance software.
Revenue model
No offer has been tested or activated. The buyer package models a $49 one-time Solo License and a $149 Consultant Practice License. Checkout, delivery, license terms, billing, tax, privacy, refunds, and support must be implemented and verified by the buyer before accepting payment.
Customers and acquisition
There are no customers and no acquisition channel has been tested. The transfer includes an SEO starter plan, audience hypotheses, launch experiments, and a 90-day validation sequence. The buyer must validate the problem, price, positioning, and channels with real behavior.
Evidence available
Evidence includes an owner-private HTTPS preview, 58 passing automated tests, exact source and release hashes, authenticated rendered acceptance on the deployed candidate, keyboard and focus verification, required-field error behavior, app-origin console review, clearly fictional sample data, and an accurate final screenshot.
What transfers
The buyer receives JobMargin Mini v0.7.1 source; exact integer-cent and labor-hour calculations; create, edit, duplicate, closeout, and confirmation-delete workflows; browser-local persistence; validated JSON backup and restore; formula-safe CSV export; original SVG identity; automated tests; operator, portability, recovery, buyer, pricing, SEO, monetization, differentiation, and transfer documentation; and verified release evidence.
What is excluded
No domain, unrestricted product site, hosting or marketplace account, payment account, checkout, cloud database, analytics account, email account, customer list, customer data, leads, revenue, traffic, legal opinion, trademark clearance, support commitment, credentials, recovery methods, or personal identity transfers with the asset.
Operations and dependencies
The current application requires static HTTP hosting and a modern browser. Node.js 20 or newer is used for automated checks. Data remains within one browser origin and profile until exported. Accounts, collaboration, cloud sync, bookkeeping integrations, and automated recommendations are not implemented.
Seller handoff
The package includes reproducible verification commands, exact artifact identifiers, buyer cutover and rollback steps, data-portability guidance, and a transfer checklist. Any transaction-specific support or assistance must be agreed in the sale terms.
Reason for selling
JobMargin Mini is being sold at the handoff point between completed product work and go-to-market work. The closeout workflow, calculation engine, browser storage, backup path, original identity, and operating documents are packaged; commercial launch has not begun.
